How we started and Where we are today
First Nations Acknowledgement and Indigenous Partnerships
Zenith Hygiene Plus respectfully acknowledges that we operate on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of Indigenous Peoples across British Columbia and Canada. We recognize the importance of respecting the land, communities, and cultures connected to the areas where we provide services.
As part of our long-term growth strategy, Zenith Hygiene Plus is committed to building meaningful affiliations and partnerships with Indigenous communities. Our goal is to support local economic development, employment, training, and long-term community participation in the cleaning and facility services industry.
Zenith Hygiene Plus is open to entering into Memorandums of Understanding with Indigenous communities to create mutually beneficial partnership structures. These agreements may include profit-sharing arrangements, community-based service opportunities, and priority employment pathways for Indigenous members.
Through these partnerships, Zenith Hygiene Plus aims to provide training, career development, supervisory opportunities, and stable employment for Indigenous workers while supporting Indigenous communities through sustainable business collaboration.

Sustainability Commitment
At Zenith Hygiene Plus, sustainability is an important part of how we deliver professional cleaning services. We understand that clients, including government agencies, commercial property owners, strata corporations, construction companies, and facility managers, are increasingly focused on reducing environmental impact while maintaining safe, clean, and healthy spaces.
Our goal is to provide high-quality cleaning solutions that support both operational excellence and environmental responsibility. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly and low-impact cleaning products, select options that help reduce chemical exposure, and apply responsible dilution and usage methods to help minimize waste.
We also focus on reducing water consumption through efficient cleaning techniques, microfiber systems, controlled dispensing, and task-specific procedures that avoid unnecessary water use while still delivering a thorough and professional clean.
Transportation is another important part of our sustainability approach. Zenith Hygiene Plus works to reduce emissions by using hybrid vehicles where available and planning routes efficiently to limit unnecessary travel between job sites. This helps reduce fuel consumption, improve operational efficiency, and lower our overall environmental footprint.
We promote a paper-reduction approach in our administration and reporting. Whenever possible, we use digital communication, electronic documentation, online scheduling, digital inspections, photo reports, and electronic records instead of paper-based systems. This supports faster communication with clients while reducing unnecessary printing and paper waste.
Our sustainability practices are built into how we train, supervise, and manage our teams. We encourage responsible product use, proper waste handling, recycling support where required, reduced overuse of supplies, and careful planning of labour and equipment. For each project, our team considers site requirements, client expectations, safety standards, and environmental impact to ensure the work is completed efficiently and responsibly.
